6.1 A Participant unsatisfied with Determination, Payouts and/or Settlements shall notify the Agent within 30 days following the last day for the Coupon. Notification made following the said 30 days period will be disregarded. In case of a complaint not being satisfied by the Agent, a complaint may be submitted to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta by email on complaints@lga.org.mt.
